Reliably automate, manufacture precisely and contamination-free – these were the requirements of the Biersack Group for their new machining center. The C 32 U HS flex from Hermle was convincing. It not only mills very precisely but also executes all orders fully automated.

The story of Biersack and Hermle began 20 years ago with an oak seedling. Under the motto "Growing Together," Hermle gifted around 500 contract manufacturers across Germany young oak trees. Additionally, there was a watering can in Hermle red to regularly water the tree. "The oak found a nice spot on our company premises and has since developed well," recalls senior boss Karl-Heinz Biersack. The son of the company's founder has been working in the family business since 1968. "The second-generation managing directors and I regularly exchanged ideas about milling technologies, but we didn't come together," remembers Hans Werner Hoppe. He spent many years in sales field service for Hermle in Bavaria and knows the Biersack Group well.
