Ariane 6 launched again from Kourou, in the four‑booster Ariane 64 configuration. The mission will deploy 32 Amazon LEO satellites and highlights MT Aerospace’s role in key ground systems and structures.

Following its successful maiden flight, the Ariane 6 launched again on April 30th at 10:57 a.m. from Kourou in a four-booster configuration. This most powerful version of the launch vehicle can carry payloads of more than 21 tons into low Earth orbit (LEO) and, at 62 meters tall, is about as tall as a 20-story building.

As with the previous launch, the payload consists of 32 Amazon LEO satellites, which will be precisely separated less than two hours after launch, allowing the Ariane 6 to once again demonstrate its suitability for satellite constellations.

MT Aerospace is responsible for key ground and launch vehicle components: the 650-ton launch pad, the service mast, flame deflectors, and sacrificial pallets at the launch site, as well as fuel tank and structural components for the Ariane 64. The company has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the OHB Group since October 2025.
