When it comes to HP-RTM (high-pressure RTM), Dieffenbacher then offers fully automated production lines for the economical manufacture of structural components and outer skin components made from carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP). One part of Evoris Intelligence is the Reports app, for example, which evaluates and visualises all data generated in the production process. This makes it possible to increase plant availability and improve production output, among other things. The app records produced components by batch and time period, determines consumption data for raw materials and energy and creates clear production reports from this data, according to the company. In addition, downtime and plant availability reports, including the causes of interruptions, can be displayed as a live stream or exported if required. The system is supplemented by live anomaly detection in the form of the Anomaly Detection app, which monitors process and machine parameters, identifies irregularities and thus enables countermeasures to be taken early enough.

A digital customer portal creates transparency

The new Evoris Connect is therefore a fully comprehensive digital customer portal. It offers an integrated ticket system, an order tracker for transparent tracking of spare parts orders and an equipment hub that allows users to keep a centralised overview of their entire Dieffenbacher plant fleet. A digital spare parts catalog, which enables both documentation and intuitive spare parts orders directly via drawings, is also part of the portal. Dieffenbacher will successively add further applications to Evoris Connect with the aim of consistently developing the "After Sales" portfolio and strengthening customer loyalty in the long term.
